Military Dependents Scholarship Program

The Arkansas Department of Higher Education offers scholarship opportunities for students who are dependents of a disabled veteran, prisoner of war, or person declared missing or killed in action, or killed on ordnance delivery.

Veteran & Veteran's Dependent Educational Benefits

Ouachita is an approved institution for administering the educational benefit programs of the Veteran’s Administration. We are committed to serving veterans and their eligible dependents and will provide assistance to those qualified for benefits. The student will need to submit their VA Certificate of Eligibility to the Office of Student Financial Services in order for us to certify enrollment to the VA.

Eligibility is determined by the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs. Army ROTC/Active Army Military Educational Benefits

Ouachita students considering active military duty and/or commitment to service upon graduation may be interested in pursuing Army ROTC and Army National Guard educational benefits. Students offered tuition and fee benefits through the ARMY ROTC Program will be eligible for additional funds from Ouachita, private, state and federal aid to cover housing expenses, but not to exceed cost of attendance.
